A hybrid of two parent philodendrons; P. Erubescens Burgundy and P. Erubescens Emerald Queen, this rare aroid plant is native to Colombia and the Carribean. With its pink petioles and bright green to yellow speckled leaves, that get a mottled green color with age, this bold plant will POP out of your space to make a statement and leave a lasting impression! Being that it’s from a tropical environment, it thrives in high humidity, moist soil, medium to indirect bright light and will grow up to 2 to 5 ft. indoors. This makes them great for to place on a desktop, bookcase, cubby or small nook in your home that is well-lit, but doesn’t get direct light. Over time this plant may darken in color, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant’s life cycle.
